Welcome to The Preserve of Grand Blanc.
We are a detached condominium association located in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan. The association is conveniently located with quick access to I-75 just south of Grand Blanc. Established in 2001, the neighborhood consists of 213 houses sized between 1200 and 1800 square feet. The neighborhood is nestled around a beautiful private pond and enjoys a natural flow into the landscape. As a family oriented neighborhood, we have a full playground and several common areas to enjoy as well as highly rated Grand Blanc public schools.

Please remember to have your vehicles out of the street when we are expecting more than two inches of snow. It makes plowing faster and easier and we want to make sure they get it done properly for everyone’s safety and ease of movement through the neighborhood.

Thank you to those who came out last night for the Annual Meeting. Although only 10 out of 213 residents attended, we were able to meet quorum (barely). We were hoping with the new mailbox added we would get more ballots. Thank you to those who turned in their ballots in. We don't understand why we cannot get at least 1/2 of the residents to send in a ballot??? Those who attended had great questions, suggestions, concerns, and we had a good dialogue throughout the meeting. So again thank you for attending! We will post a draft of the meeting soon.
Someone left a letter in the new mailbox with several opinions and qusetions. They failed to signed it and didn't leave a way to contact them so that we can address their letter. So, whoever dropped the letter off, feel free to contact the Board for further discussion. Just as an FYI, we answered all the questions at the meeting.
